MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
To offer more Big Duck designs, colors, and sizes while reducing unnecessary inventory, select products are made after an order is placed.
Made-to-order products typically require 7–10 business days for production and delivery unless a different timeframe appears on the product page. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. During holidays, product launches, severe weather, or unusually high order volume, additional processing time may be required.
If an order includes products with different fulfillment times, those products may be shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for a split shipment.
Please note: Selecting expedited shipping shortens the carrier’s transit time after production; it does not shorten the time required to create the product.
